There will be two types of ceremonies: the religious part will first be performed and followed by a Civil Ceremony. The religious part will be conducted by a representative of the couple’s own religious belief (i.e. a priest for Catholic, a Minister for Protestant, a celebrant for Hindu and Buddhist and a Penghulu for Moslem). Also required to present a “ Certificate Of No Impediment “ or similar document issued by consulate or Embassy Representative in Indonesia for the civil ceremony. Requirements to obtain certificate of no impediment will be based on the couple’s nationalities. There will be two certificates presented at the end of ceremony, one from church and the other, from the civil register.Please find below the document required for the Legal Wedding:
Document, which must be completed
- Copy of passport (both partners)
- Copy of birth certificate (both partners)
- Copy of decree absolute if you have been marriage before
- Copy of passport of two witnesses (we can be your witnesses)
- Widower must present a copy of death certificate of the former spouse.
- Fill in the booking form, wedding arrangement form and civil form
- 8 pieces of photograph size 4 x 6 (the groom in the right side)
- Letter of No Impediment to marriage, which is legalized by representative embassy or consulate in Bali/ Indonesia, certifying that the couple has no objection to getting married in Indonesia.

CHRISTIAN WEDDING
Protestant wedding / Christian religious wedding lead by the Protestant Celebrant called “PASTOR”. The easiest wedding ceremony and requirements is Protestant ceremony, it doesn’t require much paperwork. The couple will received certificate of Marriage from the Protestant Church in Bali and the couple can continued to have the Civil Ceremony to legalize the wedding at the same time and the same venue then you will get one more certificate of marriage from Civil Minister both in English and Indonesia and these certificates are will be legal in your country too. Extra fee for Civil Ceremony to be advise.
Document required:
- Copy of passport (both partners)
- Copy of birth certificate (both partners)

- Widower must present a copy of death certificate of the former spouse
- Copy of passport of the two witnesses
- 4 Pieces of photograph size 4 x 6 cm together (close up – the bride is on the left side of the groom)

CIVIL WEDDING
If you already marriage before in your country or other place, Nailant Weddings Organizer will help you to arrange for the legal civil ceremony only. As long as you can show the certificate of marriage from the ministry of religion to us everything will run very smoothly.

This ceremony is performing to declare your vows in front of your guests using your special own word. It is also choose by couples who are unable to be married because of enjoying an alternative life style but wish to make a commitment to each other for a live together. There is no religious official or government registrar.
